Unlike solicitors our goal is to make sure you understand what you are doing, so that you can manage the contracting and compliance side of your business with confidence.
While it can seem like a great idea to ask ChatGPT to write you a contract (we did, it missed out most of what would protect you and most of what you need for data privacy) or cut and paste things from someone else’s site that can go wrong since no-one is responsible to making sure it is correct in the first place, or keeping it all up to date.
KoffeeKlatch contracts and GDPR support is designed to cover what VAs need to have in place (and need to know). We have supported literally thousands of VAs from start ups and trainees to lead VAs and even well-known VA agencies.
