VA Breakfast: #MyVACareer - Can anyone start and grow a successful VA Business?
Join us for our Breakfast session to get VA Day off to a flying start.
The session's Chair will ask our panel of successful and Award winning VAs to share their personal insights as to why they decided to run their own business and became a VA.
Once a secret, their answers may surprise you?
Felicity has been a VA since March 2017 in her business, The Virtual Assistant UK. With a background in digital marketing, social media and contact centre operations, she worked for the largest UK Holiday Park operator in her last five years in a corporate environment.
Felicity has endometriosis and polycystic kidney disease, debilitating conditions that require ongoing management. The requirement for flexibility in Felicity’s working life was apparent and therefore, Felicity came to the realisation that her vast skill set would benefit businesses looking for administration support, customer support, marketing support and general business support on a virtual basis. Felicity decided to take the leap and set up her own business and has never looked back or been more in control of her health conditions.
In her role as founder of The Virtual Assistant UK, Felicity achieved success in her first year in business being awarded First Runner Up for UK Best Newcomer VA and was a finalist at The National Best New Business Awards. Felicity went on to win South East England VA of the Year 2018 and Runner Up for England VA of the Year 2018. Felicity absolutely loves supporting business owners to reduce the stress of running their own business, allowing them to focus on what they do best. Felicity can be contacted via:
